My name is Pete Cohen. I’m a life coach, health and fitness professional, best selling author, and also known as the Weight Loss Guru.

I am passionate about helping people close the gap between where they want to be with their health, fitness and weight.

I’ve been helping people overcome challenges for over 25 years. I specialise in human behaviour and helping people remove the obstacles that are in their way and instal the habits of success.

I work with people from all walks of life including high flying business executives to World and Olympic Champions, to every day people like you and me. I worked with Dame Ellen McArthur to give her the mental resilience to sail single-handed round the world, and with Ronnie O’Sullivan to take him to his second World Snooker Championship. But it isn’t just peak athletes I work with. I’ve helped people overcome fears, find inner-strength and change their relationship with food so they can lose weight and keep it off.
